What's the difference between the Comprehensive Assessment, Visit-Based Care, and Membership?
The Comprehensive Assessment is a one-time, two-visit deep dive that every new patient begins with. After that, how you continue is your choice. Visit-Based Care lets you return for a 30-minute physician visit whenever you need one, with no ongoing commitment. Membership is an ongoing relationship built around your care over the year, a physician who follows your health as it changes rather than one visit at a time.
Do you accept insurance?
Vetta is a cash-pay practice, by design. Stepping outside insurance is what allows for longer visits, direct access to your physician, and a plan built around you instead of a billing code. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and labs are ordered through insurance where clinically appropriate.
Are labs, imaging, or medications included?
Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, medical devices, pathology, certain procedures, and services provided outside Vetta may involve additional costs.
Can I move from Visit-Based Care to Membership later?
Yes. Membership is never required, and nothing about starting with Visit-Based Care limits your options later. If you choose Vetta Membership within 30 days of completing your Comprehensive Assessment, the full assessment fee is applied toward your first year of membership.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. Most patients book directly, whether they're establishing care for the first time or bringing a specific concern.
